Score = likelihood × consequence, each 1 to 5. A score of 1 to 3 is Low, 4 to 8 Medium, 9 to 14 High and 15 to 25 Extreme. These are the same bands used in the free Risk Register template, so a result here drops straight into the register. Adjust the wording and bands to match your own framework if you have one.
